Find a Crew™ is designed to be as transparent as possible without compromising the members privacy. You have to register as a member to make contact, however you can already see as a visitor what to expect.

Registration, listing, searching and initial contacting is FREE for boat and crew members. We only show the members who have logged in during the last 45 days, so you know the listings are current.

As our service is entirely internet based we can't make any promises how well our network will work for you in particular, but you won't know until you try! This is why it's free to make initial contact and see what responses you will get.

This is what Find a Crew™ is all about - introduction! Our network is here to contact and meet with people you might otherwise never have met.

As a Free Member, you can send initial contact messages without exchanging any contact details.

As a Premium Member, you can exchange contact details and make direct contat with either ALL Crew or Boat Members.

Remember - you can use Find a Crew™ entirely for Free, but you are restricted in making direct contact with Premium Members who contact or Reply Yes to you.

It's not all champagne on deck and glorious sunsets. While qualifications and experience are very often expected, your personality, reliability and adaptability is ultimately what gets you out there.

Use your profile to show your personality and passion. Remember, the people viewing your profile use the same instincts as you do to decide whether they want to contact you or not.

Be honest and realistic. Upload some photos, and use the 'Dear Shipmates' section to tell more about who you are and what you are after. 

Online introductions can be very daunting for some, but it is no different than meeting new people in the street, in a pub, at a party, on the beach or via a newspaper ad.

Regardless where you meet new people, and possibly even make new friends, it's always a good idea to MAKE SURE that the people you meet are who they say they are.

Ask as MANY questions as possible! Take it slowly! DON'T pour out your most personal secrets, provide private pictures, or give money to someone you only just met.
